Cami Leech Florio
Consultant | Strategist
Cami founded Plan Prep Launch as an extension of her rewarding 20 year career in healthcare administration. She is known for her ability to visualize growth and create strategic plans that are true to the mission of the organization. Prior to founding Plan Prep Launch, Cami was the Chief Strategic Officer for a hospice and palliative care provider in central Florida. Cami is dedicated to lifelong learning and holds a bachelor's degree in Technical and Professional Writing and two master's degrees in Health Administration and Bioethics from the University of South Florida. She is a Board Certified Coach, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has a certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University. Cami is a strong advocate for personal wellness as a contributor to a successful career and balanced life. In addition to consulting, she also provides individualized coaching through Up Spring Coaching.
